Introducing solids to your baby…
A lot of moms may be thinking when’s the right time? 🍼
Between 4 – 6 months old your child can begin eating solid food like cereals. By the time your child is 7 or 8 months old, your child can eat a variety of foods from different food groups. These foods include meat or other proteins, fruits, vegetables, grains, yogurts and cheeses, and more.
Timeline food guide:
4 to 6 months: Single-grain cereals
6 to 8 months: Single-ingredient finger foods
9 to 12 months: Chopped, ground, or mashed foods

Honey, Cow’s milk and Nuts, Popcorn, Whole Grapes, and Globs of Nut Butter as these are choking hazards

🍼 Introducing Formula to your little ones 🍼
A few guidelines and options to introducing formula:
Start off slow – Mix the formula properly as per container suggests. Then create a bottle “cocktail” of 25% of the formula mixture and 75% of breastmilk. If your baby goes for it, after a few feedings you can change the mix to 50/50. after a few more servings you can convert 100% onto the formula.
As a side dish: Use formula in their cereal to make the taste familiar
